How does your present attorney feel about another law firm taking over? Have you even told her you are looking? Sounds like she has invested time and money pursuing this matter for you. If you signed an agreement with her, you will be obligated to pay her, her share of any settlement or judgment whether she continues to work on the case or not. On 11/12/07, D.
