hello all back in early feb of this year i hurt my back at
work i first felt the pain in my groin then in a day or
two it was in my lower back it turns out that i have a
herinated disc in my lower back and there is constiant
pain i have been on worker comp for 3 months now and have
had no problems with geeting paid but the doctors have
said that i have some degentartive disc dieasea and i am
worried that i am going to get denied on worker comp now
and i will probly have to have surgey to fix my back i am
only 25 years old and am worried that it may not work and
i still have to work for 40 more years but i cant if i
have pain all the time so i was wondering will i be
getting a settelment out of this or do i have to sue and
what other allternatives do i have to fixing my back also
should i hire a lawyer thanks timmy
