Well I thought I would post this on this board.
I believe the time limit for filing aa wrongful term.
claim in california is one year. So what can I do if I was
fired with in the first year and did not know the law and
my old attorney never filed ?? Can I file against him?
Also what type of attorney do I get. My new attorney said
he does not do that. I was also told I can't do anything
about it till my W/C case is over. Is this true?
Just looking for some answers... Thank You
