Here is some links to information reguarding Wrongful
    termination.

    http://www.fairmeasures.com/wrongful.html
    http://www.expertlaw.com/library/employment/at_will.html

When I search the web for information about stuff like that, I
try to find web sites that have info for both sides. The first
link provided is pro employer. The second link is pro employee.
I have found that even though there are employment at will
doctrine in all states, it is illegel to fire an employee for
    some reasons.

    Some of these include:
    1. Refusing to do some illegel act.
    2. Whistle blowing.
    3. Filing a workers comp claim.
    4. Race, sex, or other protected class.
    5. If there is an employment contract, may be oral, written, or
    partly oral and partly written.

If you think you were let go wrongfully, you should seek the
advise of an attorney. It took a while for me to find one who
would take my case. So if you have trouble finding one, keep
looking. You want one who handles employment law.

    I wish you luck.
