Thank You IN SOME STATES YOUR EMPLOYER CAN FIRE YOU AT WILL. I AM NOT SO FAMILIAR WITH CA LAWS. IN MY OPINION, IF YOU'RE REALLY INTERESTED IN PERSUING THIS WRONGFUL TERMINATION THING, THEN HIRE AN ATTORNEY THAT SPECIALIZES IN THAT. ASK AROUND OR JUST GO ONLINE AND DO A SEARCH. IF YOUR WC CASE IS STILL IN LITIGATION OR ONGOING, TRY TO FOCUS ON THAT AS WELL. GOOD LUCK!
