I'm in Mo. went to hearing for TTD, paying me from time i
had surgery but not from time i hurt my back the judge
said i should have been paid from time of injury but
insurance says the will try to fight back TTD from 2 years
ago. How hard is it to get back pay? Lawyer says i might
have to wait till settlement and get back TTD +
settlement.
