Your lawyer may be right! The one thing that is for certain,
wether WC decides to pay you now or later..they will have to
pay you ANYWAY!! As you mentioned, they may try to appeal it
and prolong they whole process(something they're good at), but
eventually they will have to cough up the money..weather they
like it or not!!
