Post: Returning to work before WC claim is settled

I was approved to go back to work after a WC claim on July
11. My employer says they're working on a job description
for my doctor to approve and they haven't called me back to
work yet. My WC adjustor says that my WC payments will stop
because the doctor says I'm able to work. In the meantime,
I have no income. How would it affect my claim against my
employer if I seek employment elsewhere?
