Has anyone done any deep investigating? Is the Wolpoff
organization (others like it) actually acting as a independent
law firm, or are they a private debt buyer, or a roof for a
collection agency. I've run into a couple "Collection Lawyers"
who are basically pet lawyers for a collection agency pretending
to run an independent law firm. Is there some way to get at them
because of it?
