By refusing to join the union and refusing to pay the dues-- while accepting the benefits of the others' sacrifices--you set yourself apart as a person to be reviled and scorned. Since you choose to be the odd-man-out, expect to be treated as such. You have your "right to work," so work and stop bitching about the conditions.
