Wow! You have alot to say, I understand where your going with
this, I personally believe abortion is nothing short of
murder, however, where you say after birth there are no
legal/human ties to the child to warrant child support
enforcement, NO, I don't agree. If you get someone pregnant
and they decide that they believe in having it and do so, SHE
SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE SUPPORT. In this case, you
do not have the right to contest if you are indeed the
father. I have known men who run and hide and spend most of
thier life avoiding payment, and I have known women who
voluntarily relinquished the right to collect. I guess if
you find yourself in this situation, you better find out
before hand if she is the independent type, or the type who
will hunt you down.
