Im going thru same thing,Workers comp.no att.wants to take case no money in it.I had 3 surgerys been going on 5 years neck1 and shoulder 2 times still have problems&pain.had quack for the 2 shoulders the dr.released me and my att.wants to go along and all of sudden this dr.is god.when I got this att.told me this dr.is corner cutter for insurance co AND HE WOULD GET HIS DRS. TO DISPUTE HIS CLAIMS CAUSE THIS DR put me back before i needed to & cut my benifits hes FOR INS.CO.Every att.I contacted said this dr.was on the take.My att.Been acting like hes changed sides and wants me to settle for small amount.After meeting with former employers att.no medical at all.I got put off,but still have this att.want to fire but dont no what do.I think my att.sold me out,but dont look like i can get any legal help.they starved me out at first and havent let up.I hope we can find help.I would like to give this case to new att.like hes first case.Ive done seen them in action they get job done if not,there are found trying.Good luck jim
