It's Defamation of Character. Defamation is either slander (spoken words) or libel (written words). You can take her to court for anything you want. Suing and winning are 2 different things. And collecting any damages you might win is a different world. With or without a lawyer, your chances on everything in ia courtroom are 50/50. You can take them to a therapist unless your court order for custody makes her the primary caregiver and the one authorized by the court order to make all medical decisions for the children. (Of course, emergencies are always excluded from medical decisions, but a therapist could hardly be construed as an emergency situation.) What can you do: Stop using the word "fighting" where your children are concerned. Stop making this all about Y-O-U. Stop making an isue of what your children call you or their mother or her BF. Stop thinking about the $$ of a lawyer & hire an attorney if you want changes in your visitation and/or custody. Stop asking for important legal advice on a chatboard & seek legal advice from a professional. Stop making this all about Y-O-U. Make this all about your children. Period!
