Unless you have run an online program as well as Dr Stallings did, you
once again prove you have no knowledge of this issue. Look at the
mans Bar record, you wont find one record for discipline, which proves
the man was proficient and knowledgeable in the rules on that end as
well. That said, "Case Closed."
