    Don't you people get it? Dave Stallings had a stroke and is in rehabilitation because of it.
    That is the reason why the fight to keep West Coast open was given up, and none other.
    Depending on how his health is, that may change.
    And as far as "stating my case," in case you weren't paying attention Mr ABA genius I did
    that several posts ago. But, since Dave is in poor health at this writing its a moot point
    unless and until his health improves to a point that he could resume operation of the school.
    The case will be stated at that point and not before, in an actual court with rules of
    procedure and evidence with actual judges sitting on the bench, not self appointed experts as
    we have here.
