    Post: Non Accredited vs Accredited

    Posted by LP on 8/14/07

I am a healthcare professional considering a degree in
law. I have looked at night vs day school. Night school
will be better for me to keep my day job and provide for
the family. It seems like this particular night school is
    new and NOT accredited.

My question is that once you get out into the real world,
does that really matter in the eyes of employers or the
    public?

I can say that most of my patients come to me via
insurance panel and I don't think they even know or care
where I came from unless they spend a lot of time in the
exam room looking around. If that's the case, it means
that they are waiting too long to see me.
