    Yes it is absolutely unbelievable! We have gone to the police numerous times to no
    avail! They te;; us "they are not breaking any criminal laws!" This is something out of
    the twilight zone! I think we are going to go to the local newspaper! Let the people
    hear that the police are letting these people audio/video tape our minor chikdren in
