Freedom of Speech doesn't allow to slander people

Freedom of Speech gives you the freedom to speak your mind
about a situation it's more like an opinion

I know what you are talking about when you explained about
your neighbor...some people can't leave in Peace with their
fellow neighbors

My guess is that your neighbors are making your life
miserable in an effort for you and your family to move out

Try to be considerate to your neighbors...are your children
making a lot of noise or are you getting lots of people to
visit your home or are your dogs barking all night, lots of
parties at your home?? because if this things are happening
maybe that's the reason they are making your life miserable.

What you can do is call the Housing authority in your State
and neighborhood and they will guide you in what to do
