    Thank you for answering my question. When the rent is not paid
    next month, I will have cause. Just for clarity, I'm not some
    big time slumlord. This is my home, that I rented while
    working out of the area. I would gladly release them, without
    penalty, just to protect my house. I tried this once before and
    the dad split for parts unknown and mom allowed the kids to
    paint the carpets and walls, in every room, bright purple and
    dark blue. It cost a thousands in repairs, they were long gone
    and all I had no recourse, so I'm very worried.
