My husband spoke to TWO attorneys in our area and found he was
within his legal rights to deny visitation to his ex. In some
states(like ours), you can be charged with neglect if you give
custody of your child to someone, you know has a history of
abusive behavior. And he was also told his ex can't go a year
without visitation and expect to come and get the standard
visitation that was ordered SIX years ago. It is now her
responsibility to take it to court!
