No one really cares about DETC accreditation. It has no bearing on bar
admission (in ANY jurisdiction). Instead of DETC accred., these schools
should worry about their bar pass rates.

If DETC accred. really means anything, how come ALU and NWCU were given five
year permits to operate by the state bar last year? They are not DETC, and it
doesn't matter at all?!?!? You folks are are more in love with the false idea
that DETC will somehow provide "acceptance" of your degree by the greater
legal community. Well, you are probably wrong. DETC will not help you land a
job at a big firm. Only an ABA degree or a lot of experience after graduating
from a DL law school will (unless your daddy owns a firm or you slept with
and married the daughter/son of a partner at a firm and proposed marriage).
