I don't know if West Coast is coming back or not, but it is clear that there is nothing to prevent that from happening if it brings itself into compliance.
Quite honestly, I don't really care whether or not it does. It doesn't seem like it was a very good option for most students, but it did seem to fully
disclose the services it was providing to all students before they registered.

Don really needs some anger management classes!
