Too bad for him, he has to repair all dry patching if it is
in one or that particular room as per his estimate and the
Contract agreement between you two
...and after the job is done, if he claims that you owe him
more money as long as you don't sign any agreement to pay
him more, it is his problem
Becareful because Mechanics Liens prevail in Court most of
the time, don't compromise or sign anything else, tell him
to finish the job and just pay him what was agreed upon,
after all is his fault for not 'seeing' when he first came
to give you an estimate
