I am president of a condominium conversion complex where we
allege in a lawsuit that the Developer covered up toxic mold,
dry rot, termite infestation, leaking plumbing, etc. 48 units
are involved, and about 30 individual plaintiffs have joined
our suit, in addition to the Homeowners Association. We filed
our lawsuit over a year ago, and have terrific attorneys, the
