Re: TOXIC MOLD TORT ATTORNEY NEEDED

If you find a good one, especially who will take the fight on continguency, give me a mail, quick!Try to file a civil suit & intent on everyone, separately, & maybe they will settle, or it might buy you time. I have documented everything. In Yuba County, & Marysville, Aztec reality(Souza) has a good scam going on with everything covered from the pest, who has a tricky worded report leading you to believe everything was inspected when nothing was, to bribing someone to "lose" a title to a moldy "granny" until after escrow.Even a former judge turned fighting attorney. Who stands a chance? They worked with my selling realtor who turned bully, unprofessional, and lied to force me to sell and out of my paid up home.(Wells, Caldwell) Nothing, not false advertising, breech of contract, fraud (theft by any other name is theft), research, timelines, true inspections, including from the state, is addressed by any of the agencies who are to protect us and the realtors know it.Realtors response: tough. DRE:snickered, "you bought a piece of shit on purpose." Attorneys want a huge retainer, those who will take the case at all. I was frauded out of 200,000, a lifetime of equity, into a moldy decaying place that even the insurance cancelled after one month. I can't refinance, can't pay more on fixed income, can't replace this crumbling, sickening place, can't believe that I got conned by the professionals I hired and paid and they can get away with it. Maybe there is a special place in hell for them, but that won't chase this despair away. I want a public "buyers beware!!" article, naming names. We would have been better off not having realtors, at least 6% more money. There needs to be a class action. Good luck everyone.Robin
