I disagree that physical attractiveness is a huge factor. If you visit the website of any large law firm, I don't think many of those attorneys would score a 5. If you're talking about solos, it might be more of a factor. I'm not sure. Overall, I think all of these factors contribute to the ability to network, which could be the most important factor.
