Post: Assault Battery Intentional Tort Criminal Conviction of Atta

I was attacked by my daughters boyfriend when I
interrupted him choking her. My wrist was fractured and
took surgery and pins and plates to piece it back
together. I have 40% use of hand as electrician it is
difficult. He, the attaker went to jail convicted by a
jury. I am proceeding for an October Superior Court tort
for personal injury to recoup the $23,000.00 plus in
medical bills as well as other damages. No lawyer will
take as he is 25yo living with parents, no assets. I will
proceed. Trying to find simular case dockets....help please
