If you can pay an attorney in advance for his/her expected hourly
fee, you will most certainly find a good attorney to take the case.
The only reason an attorney might turn down a law suit which the
plaintiff (you) could pay for in advance is if it were patently
frivolous. Since you say the potential defendant has been convicted
of criminal battery of you and you have medically verifiable
injuries, your case is certainly not frivolous.

If you can't find a good lawyer who will take your case for an
advance deposit (retainer) of $100,000, I want to come practice in
    your state.
