Re: Assault Battery Intentional Tort Criminal Conviction of

    Justice is what I seek. A deterant upon him from choking other
    women, beating people. The assaulter is 25, 50+ years of
    earning potential. I look forward to attaching his pay check so
    that he can be reminded every week that he attacked me, as I am
    reminded daily by my limited use and severe pain in my wrist.
    He should be at least found financially responsible to pay for
    the damage he did, not given a free pass due to his current
    lack of motivation
