    As you probably have been told get a lawyer or go with the flow
    and see what happens, and what happens will not be in your best
    interest. The only other thing I can suggest is try and get a
    settlement and use it as a start over point in your life. The
    settlement will probably be three years medical pay. That is if
    your doctor and medications come to 200 a month times 12 times 3
    equals 7200.00 will most likely be your settlement. Rember after
    a settlement your employer does not have to hire you back...
    as I stated get a lawyer.
