    I don't want to quit because I don't want to work; It's
something they (my employer) offered me because my comp pay is
very low because I was laid off for 4 months after working six
year; so the comp insurance company didn't have enough weeks
worked (which was about 20 weeks) usually they calculate off of
41-52 weeks of gross income. Unemployment doesn't count as
income when filing....so I was told. Now my employer is
requesting that I have to pay all my insurance premiums to
continue my regular health insurance. I don't think it's fair
since I got hurt on their property due to safety issues they
ignored; and got ritten up from MI-OSHA for many safety issues.
But anyways I want to cancel my 401K account which is small; but
it would be to help me out money wise for a bit, because I
cannot keep up on my bills, and I'm going to be off for three
months or more, so my employer told me I could only withdraw my
401K if I resigned. Thats what made me wonder if my claim will
remain open. Once the surgeon says I can go back to work I will
get another job. I tried getting some free advise but no one
seems to have the time to review my situation, or maybe it's too
complicated. But I cannot afford an attorney. I have a Family
to worry about providing for. 2 children, and my wife works but
she has so much on her shoulders because she has to help care
for me and the kids. Let it be known I did not choose to get
    injured.
