I quit my job because of the stress of dealing with my boss and the attitude -- oh, you're leaving early again (even though my dr said I was to work only what I could manage)I was also "reminded" that I was very close to my fmla hours being used up and that my job "might not" be protected. After I quit, I was sent for an IME and since the IME docs said I couldnt work in my condition, then I started getting time loss checks. That was 6 months ago -- I should be having surgery with in the next couple of weeks.
