12/25/2010. I worked for dillards as an area sales manager and was
sexually harrassed, and retaliated against by demotion when I reported
the issues to the district manager Marva harrell, fax # 913-307-2088.
I also reported it to Bill Dillard (owner) and vice pres. and was
ignored by all.. I reported to the EEOC and has now been under
investigation for 1yr and 3 months. I want to put them out of
business. I have been instructed by store management on many
occasions to watch minorities specifically I have witnessed
many "bad stops" by other employees not security. Stop the
harrassment run them out of business. Ops Manager Jan Crowe in
Jefferson City Missouri lied as to being a witness to harrassment to
save her own job among many other lies and illegal activity. She
worked a 14 year old child unloading our truck until I turned her into
the Missouri board of labor to let her know your disgust you can
