I am getting ready to file a lawsuit against Dillards for
wrongfully detaining my two daughters for over an hour and
harrassing them with no probable cause for shoplifting other than
hearsay. I am looking for a lawyer as well. The way they handled
this was totaly against their rights. This happened at the
Dillard's Store in Greensboro, NC this past Saturday. Susan I
would love to talk to you about Dillards policies and security on
this matter. I could not beleive all that I found on the web about
the horrible way they treat their customers.
