I am a current Dillards employee and i am sick and tired of way
the employees are treated if i cant meet my sales quota i take
a pay
cut that is Ridiculous i cant see how i am suppose to meet an
outrageous sales quota when theres days only 5-10 people enter the
store every sales person in are store took a pay cut one pay
cut was
over $2.00 per hour thanks to the pay cut i now make less than i
made at wal-mart Dillards is only place i have ever heard of that
does this stupid pay cut crap i bust my ass there for over 40
hours
per week to be told there cutting my pay theres no wonder as
to why
people steal from Dillards if i get another pay cut ill have to
start stealing to pay my bills
