The longer you stay the more chance there is of you taking insurance. the longer you stay, the more chance you will steal. the longer you stay, the more chancethey will have to pay you vacation time. They feel that by degrading the employees, you will either quit sooner, or work harder in order to get thier (the companies) approval. The whole company is run on negative reinforcement. Treat people like garbage and they will work harder for your approval. The companies management styles are 30 years out of date. Of course, they must be doing something right, because the are making more money every year.
