I too am a Dillard's work at the Flatiron's mall in Broomfield, CO. I
was told by my manager in front of a customer that if I don't open up
a credit card... I will be wearing a credit card application around my
neck. I told her that was the most degrading thing I have ever
heard... her words were back to me "well, you'll just have to go see
Jeff." Jeff is the store manger. From what I have been told at the
store, Jeff has gone through 50-60 managers since he has been there.
Turnover is so high that everyone I work with has been there less than
6 months.

Management treats their employees with no respect and doesn't care
about their employees. Dillard's will cut pay if you don't make your
sales quotas.
