Hi Sharwinston, thanks for your response. Consequences for providing the child support office with a null and voided birth certificate with her maiden name listed as child's last name and not with the birth certificate where the child has the last name of her husband's and signature of husband listed as the child's bio-father. I understand that as biodad he is legally responsible for taking care of the child. I agree with you 100 percent. However, and my apologies for not including this prior. Biomom decided to place un-biodad (husband) on the child's birth certificate as the father and not 1,2,3,4 but 5 years later decides that she wants to now find out who the child's bio father is and keep the child away from him. Biodad had to take biomom to court. Biomom told judge she feels because the child doesn't know biodad then the biodad should not be able to see the child and that her and her husband don't want bio-dad in the childs life because child doesn't know him (please keep in mind that biodad did not know the child was his because biomom told him it was her ex boyfriend's child and she was not heard from again until 5 years later.) If biomom did not want him involved with the child then biomom should have kept her mouth shut and left things the way they were. It's quite obvious that this was only about money. There is something wicked, malicious and vindictive in trying to keep a child away from a parent and she waited 5 years later after biodad moved on with his life and she as well to come back and reak havoc. Her other actions and other behavior which I won't get into because that's a whole other chapter have caused quite a strain on the family including bio-dad's relationship. Needless to say biomom now regrets everything she did and is now saying she should have left things the way they were. Now biomom wants to stop child support and is asking biodad if she stop child support will he drop his visitation..(The Nerve)...again wicked, malicious and vindictive. All of this mess and drama to go back to where it was originally. Take care Sharwinston. On 8/02/07, sharwinston wrote:
