Post: ABA v non-ABA law degree
Posted by PFPA on 7/06/04
I would like opinions about whether a JD from a non-ABA law school does one any good with respect to employment as a patent attorney who does not intend to go into private practice? I am a student about to enter the third year of a non-ABA law school, who intended to become a patent attorney (I am already an agent with four years of experience) I am truly wondering if I havent wasted my time. Lots of top tier law school JD with whom I am in competiton. What do you think? possibly future patent attorney
