I am shocked this is still going on, mine broke January, 2008. I
busted open my head and was knocked out for awhile. I contacted
Werner and they replaced my ladder, paid for installation, and told
me to send them any medical bills. But truly these ladders need
recalled. Someone is going to get killed.
