    I used Micromash for the NY bar, both the MBE & the state
    portions. I studied less than anyone I know & passed the bar.
    I thought Micromash's MBE materials were excellent, but their
    state outlines could use some serious editing. The sample
    questions & answers were useful, but you can probably get
    those off a website. Anyway, I passed, and that's the point,
    so I am happy with it. I would have slit my writs if I'd sat
    in a barbri class all summer long, as well as learning
    absolutely nothing. I agree with the reviewer that you should
    do what you know is helpful to you--if you learn from
    lectures, great, then do Barbri--but if you only learn from
    sitting down with books & reading and answering questions,
    like me, and you have a modicum of discipline (in my case
    about a week total early on in the summer & then 12 days
    solid every day all day before the exam), then I would
    recommend this.
