It stands to reason. The paperwork that has been submitted in a
matter I am involved with is typical of attorneys or those
claiming to be attorneys qualified in the state in which the
practice of law is being engaged in by these individuals.
For instance, the arbitration case was handled by a attorney of
the Wolpolff association of legal firms (as their letterhead
indicates) from Maryland. Then, the award issued by
the "neutral" arbitrator picked by MBNA or NAF then proceeded to
an enforcement in the State Court system of California. The
attorneys changed without any substitution of attorney
notification. Further, the new filing substitutes an entity FIA
Card Services, N.A. for MBNA as the moving party without any
allegations of the permissibility of so doing.
It's a plethora of mistakes and unlawful activity too numerous
to for just this communication. I'm taking it further against
them. Any assistance would be appreciated.
