Sometimes the best solution is a non-legal one. Have a relative send a dummy letter to you stating that a fresh batch of highly concentrated Post-It Notes can be found several states away. Make it a real miserable place, like North Dakota in the dead of winter. Then invite your friends over for a party while your nemisis hops on the next plane out.
