6/20/2013 - I had the temporary Boston Scientifics Spinal Cord
Stimulator installed on 9/15/2011. The leads were run up and
down along side of my spine. It worked great. I then had the
permanent Boston Scientifics Spinal Cord Stimulator installed
on 10/21/2011. The surgeon had the bright idea to circle the
vertebra to supposedly keep the leads from slipping. Guess
what? They have slipped plus I think that they are cutting
into my vertebra but I can't get anyone to admit to anything
like that. I no longer turn the thing on because when I turn
it on I have an intense burning sensation in my lower spine.
I am in the process of making an appointment with another
surgeon to see about getting the battery and leads taken out.
