Ed Brown's Organized Crime Syndicate is known by the DEA for
controlling ALL drug trafficking from Savannah Ga. to Norfolk Va.

Ed Brown is also harboring multple Fugatives including a deviate
Calling himself Jonathan Matthews (The name of another deviate
he murdered in the NYC Tombs in 1972-73) who also uses the aliases
Mike Witherspawn, or anything with Williams when he leaves the
Onslow County Area. Matthews?Williams/Witherspawn is wanted for
the murder of U.S. Army Lt Steven Martini and Marine Clayton
Capula in 1974. He was caught on camera in both incidents. He is
also the infamous "Meta Meta" Murderer of Camp Lejeune from 1979
to 1981 where he murdered almost 100 Young Marines who spurned his
homosexuality. He was caught on Camera in the last 6 murders.
It is believed Ed Brown Warned Matthews/Williams/Witherspawn off
when The Sherrif's Department was asked by the NIS and CID Offices
at Camp Lejeune.

There are other murders of police officers that Matthews/Williams/
Witherspawn is responsible for to include the murder of Borough
of Keansburg NJ officer Jack Shaffer in June 1972.

I gues Onslow loves having those who murder police officers
and military personnel as their citizens. And the state just lets
it all slide.
