    It's how it works with HUMANA. A gay who calls about his
    boyfriend leaving and in danger of crying himself to death
    gets a 5 to 15 minute response followed by a night out costing
    the county between $2600 and $3000 to ensure he can endure
    the loss. That's why Carterett and Beufort Counties don't
    want Onslow employees in their areas.
