    Perhaps you are a bit confused, Dave. I am not asking *you* for
    advice. Your personally-attacking post (along with others
    elsewhere in follow up to my online postings) shows that your
    objectivity is absent. This is unfortunate.

    I am asking for steps that can be taken in online defamation and
    harassment situations. Period.

    I appreciate a list of do's in handling defamation created by
    anonymous and/or pseudonym entities. I am not worried about the
    proof; it is there.

    Logic would tell you that such entities are careful to cover their
    tracks.

    I'd like other cases cited, if possible. Subsequent actions and
    results in such cases would be appropriate, too.
