"Garnet," your post is a vicious attack. Do you not see this? It is
my understanding that this site is a place where legal questions can be
discussed. I am not aware that this site supports personal attacks
    like you have posted here.

    Here are the facts:

    1) Thousands of Toyota owners online have networked to "compare notes."
    2) These Toyota owners online have found similarities in the way they
have been treated by the automaker.
    3) These Toyota owners have experience premature failure in their
Toyota engines, sometimes with less than 60,000 miles on the odometer!
    4) These Toyota owners feel cheated because they were sold a Toyota
that did not live up to the claims the automaker makes in its
    advertisements.
    5) These Toyota owners have reported being mistreated by Toyota
dealerships. Some report being accused of lying. Some report being
accused of vehicle negligence. Some report being lied to by the
    dealerships.
    6) Toyota owners report engine oil sludge development in the wake of
proper (or better than recommended) maintenance.
    7) Toyota owners report denial on the part of the automaker.
    8) Sites where Toyota owners have networked have been hacked with
permanent interference in the online exchange of information. Several
key sites went down simultaneously as Toyota owners networked with
engineers who cited several possible design problems that could result
in the development of engine oil sludge.
    9) Many Toyota owners report denial of claims under the "CSP--Customer
Support Program for Engine Oil Gelation." Toyota publicly stated that
the oil change receipts weren't that important, but behind the scenes,
dealerships indicate that *every* oil change receipt is necessary.
    10) Toyota has bragged about engine replacements when behind the
scenes, dealerships are in many cases just cleaning out the engines.
    11) Shall I go on?!?
