This law is completely corrupt, and there needs to be a class action law suit filed against the State of New York. Email me at nolan318@gmail.com if anyone else is interested in getting that going. This is total BS! How on EARTH can it be legal to demand more money (and a lot of it I might add) out of people who have ALREADY answered a ticket YEARS AGO and paid a fine YEARS AGO. This MUST be taken to court, and it will only happen if we the people get together and make that happen.
