Lippman and Wolff, former partners in CAS, are suing each other over
some dispute. One of them wants to arbitrate, the other doesn't,

Some of the warranty co's who formerly mandated CAS only, are now
adding a name or two of other firms. Not sure the other choices are
any better but maybe it shows that the cat is out of the bag about
CAS and now they're unable to force it as easily. Some people have
gotten out of arbitration with CAS, one in WI, one in LA, that I
know of, because of the ridiculously biased and crooked sounding
history of CAS, Lippman and his disbarment, etc.
